
Marc Lalonde
Marc Lalonde is a seasoned manager and administrator recognized in the cultural milieu, having held the position of General Manager of Les Grands Ballets Canadiens since 2018. With more than 25 years' experience, he has contributed to the development of the arts in the circus, music, dance and theater sectors by directing several prestigious institutions, including the Conservatoire de musique et d'art dramatique du Québec (2015-2018), the National Circus School (1999-2015) and the I Musici de Montréal chamber orchestra (1997-1999). He was co-founder of Tohu, the Cité des arts du cirque.
A former dancer, he performed with Les Grands Ballets Canadiens, Calgary City Ballet and Howard Richard Danse before pursuing studies in administration to devote himself fully to cultural management.
