Auditions for The Nutcracker at L'École supérieure de ballet du Québec

Les Grands Ballets, in partnership with the École supérieure de ballet du Québec (ESBQ), are delighted to announce the audition dates for the children's roles in the famous ballet The Nutcracker.

The children and teenagers selected will have the opportunity to take part in this enchanting show, presented from 12 to 30 December 2024 at Place des Arts in Montreal. In addition, certain roles will also take part in the performances scheduled for 5 to 8 December 2024 at the National Arts Centre in Ottawa.

Thanks to our affiliation with Les Grands Ballets, only students from the École supérieure de ballet du Québec have a unique opportunity to audition for this iconic show. This is an exceptional opportunity to gain enriching and formative experience in a professional environment.

Auditions will be open to students in the Professional Programme and the Recreational Division!

Please note that certain roles will be reserved for the Professional Division. Details of the audition process will be communicated when registration opens in July.
