Rana Adada-Lamy
Rana obtained her Bachelor of Physical Therapy from McGill University in 1993.
She has worked in a variety of rehabilitation settings, in both the public and private systems, notably in the United States, Lebanon and Saudi Arabia. She has been an associate physiotherapist at Kinatex Rockland since 2007.
Rana's approach is functional and integrative. She combines various physiotherapy techniques and approaches, including manual therapy, dry needling, cranio-sacral therapy and myofascial release. She also has expertise in perineal and pelvic rehabilitation, and has been a certified Pilates instructor since 2003.
For over 20 years, Rana has worked extensively with a variety of performing artists. She is head physiotherapist for Les Grands Ballets (GB), Ballet Jazz Montréal (BJM), l'École supérieure de Ballet du Québec, and collaborates with multiple actors and circus artists.
