The École supérieure de ballet du Québec's recreational summer camp offers a unique experience combining dance, singing, music, theater and visual arts. This program gives young people the opportunity to get moving while nurturing their creativity.
Dance classes (ballet, folk dance and urban dance) offer a perfect balance between concentration and the pleasure of movement. At the same time, drama, singing, music and visual arts encourage self-expression and stimulate the imagination.
Thanks to this multidisciplinary approach, participants explore their artistic potential, develop their self-confidence and cultivate a sense of bodily well-being throughout the day.
All classes are led by passionate professionals committed to providing children with an enriching and inspiring experience.
Whether you're considering a career or just want to get moving, dance has many benefits!
- Ballet improves posture, body alignment, coordination, flexibility and balance. It also stimulates memory and concentration... and boosts morale!
- Urban dances develop endurance, speed, musicality and self-expression, while fostering self-confidence and group spirit.
- Folk dances allow us to discover cultures through movement, strengthen memory and rhythm, while creating a strong sense of community and sharing.
Whatever the style, dancing is a source of pleasure, fulfillment and well-being!
- Dance outfit: leotard, tights, ballet shoes and sports shoes.
- Comfortable clothing for other classes.
- Reusable water bottle.
- Cold lunches and snacks.
